IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
When booking Hypnotherapy Dreamtime Pathways, it is strongly recommended to book an initial consultation. That way, I can discuss your areas of concern in detail, and provide a tailored service designed to support you.
Sessions typically last 1 hour and are delivered from my premises in Cardiff, and I am unable to travel out to clients.
Zoom Meetings Available
I can, however, carry out sessions via Zoom meetings. Please let me know if you would prefer this option when booking.
For the best results, I recommend a course of 6 to 8 sessions; the exception is my smoking cessation support session, which is designed to be a one-session course.
KEEPING CLIENTS SAFE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
I appreciate that the last year and a bit has been challenging for many of us. I want to assure all clients that I have done my part to help keep you safe.
All necessary Covid guidelines are followed during our sessions, and I have received my Covid vaccinations. Sessions can also be booked as a remote service (via Zoom) if preferred.

Got any questions about booking a hypnotherapy session with me? Feel free to get in touch; am I always here to answer any questions you have.
If you have any questions in relation to how hypnotherapy can help with medical conditions, please speak to your GP; in some circumstances, hypnotherapy can help with pain management, but it cannot treat the underlying cause of pain.
